Second Saturdays features a variety of cultural offerings\, including the widely popular Museums Studios for families from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Complementary programming such as performances\, lectures\, films\, and related expressions of arts and humanities will continue throughout the afternoon on select Saturdays. On Second Saturdays\, families are greeted by friendly Visitor Services representatives and collect maps and other materials to guide their themed Museum Studios exploration. Museum Docents take young guests and their caregivers on mini-tours of the exhibition galleries before leading them to the art studios for a related activity.
