4 Concerts – 8 Bands – Endless Fun.  Rhythm on the River (formerly Concerts in the Park) is a free concert series produced by the Sebastian River Area Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the City of Sebastian as well as business sponsors. Rhythm on the River takes place at Riverview Park in Sebastian from 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM, along the beautiful Indian River Lagoon and features live music, food trucks, and fun for all.
