WALK-TO-READ CHALLENGE IN JULY!

This summer, get up and go! The North IRC Library is hosting a Walk-To-Read event for the month of July! Pick up a walking log from the North IRC Library Circulation or Reference desk and starting July 1st, calculate how many miles you walk a day! Turn your walking log back into Circulation or Reference by Monday, August 7th. The top 5 walkers will receive a brand new copy of one of the following novels (winner's choice!!): Wild: from lost to found on the Pacific Crest Trail by Cheryl Strayed, A Walk in the Woods: Rediscovering America on the Appalachian Trail by Bill Bryson, The Sun is a Compass: a 4,000 mile journey into the Alaskan Wilds by Caroline Van Hemert, Walking the Nile by Levison Wood, or Grandma Gatewood's Walk: The Inspiring Story of the Woman who saved the Appalachian Trail by Ben Montgomery."
