Local 5th Graders Share their View of Nature Through the Lens - The Cultural Council of Indian River County, in collaboration with the Pelican Island Audubon Society, is proud to present a special photography exhibit featuring the work of fifth-grade students from the Audubon Advocate program.
This unique showcase highlights the creative perspectives of students from four local elementary schools - Vero Beach, Citrus, Glendale and Indian River Academy.
The Art in Public Places - Emerging Artist Series Exhibit will be on display at the Intergenerational Recreation Center from May 1 through July 17.

VBMA Exhibition - Timeless: Robert Farber’s Fashion Photography

Robert Farber's professional practice spans commercial and fine art photography, with subject matter ranging from fashion and portraits to still life and landscapes.

French Moderns: Monet to Matisse, 1850-1950
On View Feb. 1 through June 22.
This winter, the internationally touring French Moderns: Monet to Matisse, 1850-1950, makes its first-ever stop in southeast Florida at the Vero Beach Museum of Art. The exhibition showcases 59 artworks from the Brooklyn Museum's esteemed collection of European art, spanning the era between the Revolution of 1848 and the conclusion of World War II-a period marked by significant social, intellectual, and political upheaval in France. The exhibition highlights the avant-garde movements that shaped modern art in the 19th and 20th centuries, featuring works by renowned artists native to France, as well as those who studied and exhibited there.

Notable artists included in the exhibition are Pierre Bonnard, Gustave Caillebotte, Paul Cézanne, Marc Chagall, Jean-Baptiste-Camille Corot, Gustave Courbet, Edgar Degas, Édouard Manet, Henri Matisse, Claude Monet, Berthe Morisot, Gabriele Münter, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Auguste Rodin, and others. This exhibition is organized by the Brooklyn Museum.

Write in the Middle Summer Camp Session 1 - June 9 - June 11, 9 a.m. Our "Write in The Middle" creative writing summer camp is open to rising 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th graders. The camp includes creative writing, walking field trips, arts, and crafts. Our camp leaders are outstanding local teachers who will ensure that all participants get one-on-one attention. Every single camper ends the summer as a published author in a book published by the LRJF Press.
