March Volunteer Opportunities

This month, we are hosting our second Afternoon on the Lagoon event! We are in need of volunteers to facilitate educational stations, organize parking, and manage crowd flow. Please see more details below!
MRC kicks off March with First Friday Litter Patrol! Help us beautify our campus by keeping it free of litter and debris.
Our mangrove workshops are a hands-dirty and feet-wet, fun opportunity to help care for thousands of young mangrove trees in our state-licensed nurseries.
RSVP is required for all events, please register by email as workshops are subject to cancellation.

Ongoing - MRC Tabling Opportunities
Please email honor@mrcirl.org if you are interested in tabling for MRC!
Tabling events are typically on weekends, and involve educating people about MRC's mission and projects, answering questions, and selling merchandise. All tabling volunteers will be trained prior to their first event!

Remember to bring gardeners gloves, sun protection, and your reusable water bottle, and wear closed-toe shoes that can get wet and dirty.
