Marine Resources Council’s first Lagoon Giving Day is coming up on Tuesday, April 22, 2025!
Celebrate Earth Day by uniting with Lagoon lovers near and far to celebrate and strengthen the science, education, and advocacy that defines our work.
Your Giving Day donation will support MRC priorities of:
· Shoreline restoration along the Indian River Lagoon. Our work specializes in mangrove research and restoration and MRC runs one of the largest licensed mangrove nurseries in Florida.
· Revitalizing the Ted Moorhead Lagoon House into a community resource for learning, conversation, and collaboration.
· Low Impact Living -- Educating, empowering, advocating, and demonstrating how our communities can make a positive impact on the health of the Indian River Lagoon.
